Faculty Advisors can play a large roll in advising and guiding SEA Chapters. As advisor, think of yourself as a guide helping the chapter move in the right direction. It can be hard for a new organization to find meeting space before it is officially recognized by the university.  Let them use your office to store materials, or let them use the department copy machine.  Use your connections to help the students find speakers or resources for chapter meetings. If your students are feeling frustrated or feel like they are being overloaded with all the work, step in and try to help delegate.
