Education
- According to his website, Story is committed to returning control of education to local school districts from the Federal Government. He claims that the Federal Government has prioritized Diversity, Acceptance, and Globalism over Reading, Science, Writing, and Math. The “No Child Left Behind Act,” according to him, is a way to allow non-English speaking children to play catch-up, while stifling the normal education process of American children. He thinks federally mandated testing has served no educational purpose and demands that the U.S. Department of Education be eliminated. Moreover, he does not believe that taxing should remain at the federal level to support education, but rather be handled by the State elected bodies.
