- You accept the modification and change procedures as outlined; you accept that you have notice of this page and its changes; and if one part of this agreement is not binding, you agree that the other parts are binding.
- Your submissions must be factual and from a neutral point of view.
- We hold the right to deny user access for any reason.
General terms:
These Terms and Conditions, Disclaimers, and other policies as set forth and from time to time revisited by Scientists and Engineers for America are a binding agreement between you and SEA.
Not in violation of any law:
By submitting to the SHARP Network you affirm to your own knowledge that any submission you make is not in violation of any applicable law or agreement.
These laws include making defamatory statements including, but not exclusive to, false statements that may change a person’s or group’s reputation causing them damage. Always write in an accurate and precise manner. You must write from a neutral point of view.
You must always write in a neutral point of view. All submission should be non-partisan and factual. No content contributed to the SHARP Network may endorse or oppose or imply any endorsement of or any opposition to any candidate for political office or any political party.
In compliance with federal law, you must be at least 13 years of age to contribute to this site. SEA does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under thirteen (13) years of age through this site.
Intellectual Property Rights and Creative Commons Notice:
All articles and submissions in the SHARP Network are released under a Creative Commons Noncommercial, Share-alike Generic 1.0 License, except where otherwise noted.
You also understand that once you have submitted material into the SHARP Network it can be changed, modified, or deleted by subsequent users and that there can be no warranty regarding submissions.
All of the trademarks, service marks, personality rights, or similar rights that are mentioned, used, or cited in the SHARP Network are property of their respective owners. Their use here is for informational use only and does not imply that you may use them for any purpose other than for same or a similar purpose by the original authors of the articles. The SHARP Network is the current published version of each article.
