Virtual Intern News

SEA congratulates the Spring 2010 Virtual Intern Team! We are in the process of printing and sending certificates and letters of support for those who successfully completed this program, and we are also updating the States’ Blog to include all of the content from this semester’s LIT Reports.

We’re also recruiting new interns to focus solely on tracking the proposed science, technology and health policies of the 2010 elections. Fill out the application and send in your resume to SEA’s Program Director Brie Welzer at Brielle.Welzer@sefora.org.

“We don’t simply need a bigger scientific workforce: We need a more cultured one, capable of bridging the divides that have led to science’s declining influence. …We must invest in a sweeping project to make science relevant to the whole of America’s citizenry.”
